spot leftThis is a special series of facility rentals to help facilitate easier purchase of the same time each week for most of the Winter Season.
This series is every Friday's 7:00-7:55pm from Nov 7, 2025 through Feb 27, 2025,
- 15 rentals total
- This allows you to purchase in bulk with the pre-discounted rate
- AND now provides you the opportunity to earn our FREE 2hr party rental to use within 6 moths!
*Note this series does not have any major holiday's that affect it, however for your convenience we have removed the Friday after Thanksgiving and after Christmas from this series.
**You are welcome to purchase those (or any other rentals Oct 20, 2025 - April 15, 2026) separately at your same discounted price, using the promo code WINTER15.
Full facility 55 min rental, for each time slot purchased and starts on the top of each hour
(5 min transition between teams & parties. Please plan accordingly. No early arrivals or late stays.)
- For Winter '2025-'26 Season the Price Ranges $66-$82/rental depending on the total amount of your hours rented for the season, at time of original purchase.
- A customer account will need to be created prior to purchase.
- Facility is 6,400 SqFt (aprox 70ft x 60ft netted sports court) and aprox 15ft x 80ft turf area which includes speed and agility and weight training equipment which is included with your team rental.
- Rentals may not be held through any verbal or written communication, and reservations will be only secured upon full payment.
- When purchasing this rental, please add the Security Deposit Pass ($100) prior to check-out. If forgotten, management will invoice this to you, and payment will be due upon receipt.
- With 14+ rentals in any one season you will receive a FREE 2hr party rental for your team to use within 6 months of your original purchase!
ALL OF THE BELOW MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO RECEIVING YOUR DOOR CODE & ALSO MUST BE COMPLETED AT MINIMUM 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST RENTAL:
- You must reserve your 'class' and we must receive payment in full for all rentals
- Please send your participant roster (all athletes and coaches) must be provided to: [email protected] immediately upon completion of reservation.
- A signed release for each participant (coaches and athletes) must be completed online (this will be verified by our manager).
- $100 Security Deposit paid in full.
- Reservation agreement signed (this will be sent to you after payment received in full).
- Meet with manager to perform walk-through (the manager will invite you to times and you can sign up for one according to your schedule) ***PLEASE SEND THE COACH(ES) WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR STARTING AND CLOSING PRACTICES***
- Upon successful training with the walk-through, you will receive your customized door code for entry at your reserved times, which will expire at end of the season.
