Facility Rental (Teams, Party or Corporate Rentals)

• For Winter '25 - '26 Season the Price Ranges $66-$82/rental depending on the total amount of your hours rented for the season.
• Able to purchase up to 7 months in advance.
• A customer account will need to be created prior to purchase 
• Rentals may not be held through any verbal or written communication, and reservations will be only secured upon full payment.
• When purchasing this rental, please add the  Security Deposit  Pass ($100)  prior to check-out.  If forgotten, management will invoice this to you, and payment will be due upon receipt.

1. You must reserve your 'class' and we must receive payment in full for all rentals
2. Your participant roster (all athletes and coaches) must be provided to:  [email protected]  immediately upon completion of reservation.
3. A signed release for each participant (coaches and athletes) must be completed online (this will be verified by our manager)
4. $100 Security Deposit paid in full
5. Reservation agreement signed (this will be sent to you after payment received in full).
6. Meet with manager to perform walk-through  (the manager will invite you to times and you can sign up for one according to your schedule) ***PLEASE SEND THE COACH(ES) OR PARENT(S) WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR STARTING AND CLOSING PRACTICES***
7. Upon successful training with the walk-through, you will receive your customized door code for entry at your reserved times, which will expire at end of the season.
