Group Speed and Agility, and Strength-training Class for athletes

This is a speed and agility class, along with resistance training to help strengthen, increase speed and improve agility any time of year!  

Many athletes choose this during their off season to enhance their achievement towards their goals and to improve their anticipated performance next season.  We have an excellent personal trainer who excels in these, especially resistance training.  

You'll want to share your sport, and your goals with coach Cade on your first class so he can customize your experience.  It's also important to share with him any injuries you are recovering from so he can monitor your graduation to full activity.  This is a good class to  sign up for with 'return to play' post-injury.
